Centro Escolar University: HRM Training Facilities by Allied Metals, Inc.


Centro Escolar University (CEU) required food service training facilities for their undergraduate and associate students in Hotel and Restaurant Management. CEU commissioned Allied Metals, Inc. to service their foodservice training requirements: Food preparation, cooking, bakery, dishwashing and storage equipment.


Allied Metals manufactured several Stainless Steel Preparation Tables with Sinks, which HRM students utilize to, for instance, prepare cooking ingredients. These preparation tables were custom fabricated to meet HRM training requirements of CEU.


Allied Metals also custom fabricated several 4-Open Burners with Ovens, Exhaust Hoods and Griddles without Ovens.  


Alongside manufacturing customized kitchen equipment, Allied Metals also supplied various buyouts, such as Single Vat Fryers from China and 2-layer Bakery Equipment for cakes and pastries.



The Dishwashing Area required various washing and storage equipment such as 4-Tiers Utility Racks, 3-Compartment Sinks, Slant Racks and Worktables, all of which were custom manufactured by Allied Metals, Inc.

Manila Polo Club: Foodservice Equipment by Allied Metals, Inc.


Allied Metals Inc. was the main Kitchen Equipment Contractor for Manila Polo Club in Forbes Park Makati, Philippines. Allied Metals was commissioned to supply various foodservice requirements for Manila Polo Club’s Banquet Kitchen and ALL DAY FINE DINING Restaurant Kitchen.

The project included Planning and Design of Foodservice Facilities with IMELDA SILAYAN & PARTNERS, Local Manufacturing and Fabrication of Stainless Steel kitchen equipment, Supply and Installation of Imported Equipment, and the setting up of Bakery Areas, Receiving Cold Rooms, Food Processing Areas and Dispatching Areas.

Allied Metals supplied and installed imported foodservice equipment, such as Vulcan Convection Ovens (brand model VC4-G) and 30 gallons Crown Kettles, as shown in the photo (below) of the Bakery Section.



Other food preparation areas required locally manufactured Allied Metals Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment, such as Exhaust Hoods with Fire Suppression (photos below), preparation tables, 4-Open-Top Burners with Ovens, and Bain Marie Food Warmers.

Also included in the above photographs are Imported Equipment, supplied and installed by Allied Metals: Rational Combi-Steamers from Germany, Fujimak from Japan, Asian Woks from Hong Kong, Vulcan Hot Plates with Oven and Vulcan Salamaders.




The dispatching area, separating food preparation personnel (chefs, cooks) from maitre d’s and waiters, required Plating Areas, Dispatching Tables, Overhead Shelves and Plate Storage, all of which were manufactured and installed by Allied Metals, Inc.



Aside from the Banquet Kitchen and All-Day Fine Dining Restaurant, Allied Metals also supplied and installed kitchen equipment for Manila Polo Club’s Outdoor Pool and Bar Area.



For the Outdoor Pool Bar area, Allied Metals fabricated and installed Countertop Griddles, Grillers and Fryers, Sandwich Preparation Tables and 4-Open-Top Burners. Laselle Refrigeration Equipment are among the imported equipment supplied and installed by Allied Metals.
